Ignite4Change has called on all youths and grassroots communities of Fiji to adhere to the instructions given by the Government and local law enforcement agencies.

Coordinator Broderick Mervyn said in a statement that certainty merited a scolding, but it also merited a thank you to Nadi residents who had shown the best of Fiji by adhering to the notices.

“Our officers, doctors, nurses and experts cannot succeed without the aid of every Fijian. I’m going to keep saying this until everyone gets it. Fiji is at war with the coronavirus. We cannot see our enemy but we must act as if the enemy is in our midst at all times,” he said.

The organisation also acknowledged the hard work carried out by the Ministry of Health and Medical Services personnel and the Fiji Police Force for ensuring the safety and security of the people.
