Glass Fiji made a much needed donation to a group of parents from Laselase Village in Nadroga working to relieve the economic impact of the COVID19 pandemic on students.

The local business donated $500 to the parents who have been providing lunch to 25 students from households affected the global pandemic.

The financial assistance was the result of a blind auction of one of the company’s glass works exhibited at the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort.

Company owner Alex Hill said the initiative by parents and Bula Coffee deserved recognistion and assistance as it provided support for growing students who need energy to concentrate and excel at school.
