FOUR people accused of allegedly breaching the curfew hours on Tuesday this week in Suva have been granted bail by the Suva Magistrates Court.

William Tauribau, 23, Joeli Sukanaivalu, 26, Vasiti Tinailemoro, 21, and Salome Radiniceva, 21 appeared before magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa on Thursday.

The four are jointly charged with one count of disobedience of lawful order.

It is alleged the incident occurred along Princes Rd in Suva.

The four have been advised by Mr Boseiwaqa not to re-offend while on bail and not to interfere with prosecution witnesses.

It is alleged one of the accused had accompanied another accused to drop a mobile phone to the latter’s girlfriend.

The matter has been adjourned to June 9.
