Conversation a must about dysfunctional behaviour of bullying: Prof Swann

WE must have a national, community, family conversation now about this dysfunctional behaviour – bullying – says University of the South Pacific Psychologist lecturer Professor Ofakilomaloma Swann.
Prof Swann said by not addressing the issue, we were creating a space to enable “this maladaptive behaviour to continue”.
She said it was a tragic national circumstance that it could be seen and heard that bullying was carried out in homes, workplaces, schools, universities and online.
