Collective effort needed to address domestic violence

A COLLECTIVE effort is needed to help address domestic violence cases in the country.

And the Fiji Women Crisis Centre coordinator Shamima Ali has called on various stakeholders to identify the problem affiliated to this issue and at the same be able to find solutions to it.

“This involves everyone the civil society, governments, development partners, faith based organizations, traditional. All this people have to come together and realize that this is the problem and it had to be a women centered approach, listening to women and finding out what the problem is  and how they experience life.

Ms Ali highlighted that good development was where everyone’s participation was required and that it was essential
