FIJI’S gold medallist in the 2018 Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast, Australia, Eileen Cikamatana, then of Weightlifting Fiji, has not been included in the list of nominees for the 2018 Fiji Sports Awards in Suva next week.

The list of 96 nominees was revealed by the organisers of the annual event at today.

Awards committee chairperson Litiana Loabuka said next Friday’s event would be extravagant as 94 nominees would be commended for their 2018 contribution to sports in Fiji.
