Chile’s Bachelet chosen to be next U.N. human rights chief

UNITED NATIONS – U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has chosen former Chilean President Michelle Bachelet to be the world body’s new human rights chief, the United Nations said on Wednesday.
