THE Hot Bread Kitchen today officially opened its new centralized factory at the Lyndhurst Warehouse Tax Free Zone in Valelevu which will supply bread to its clients from Lami to Nausori.

While the factory started operations in September this year the official opening was carried out today.

HBK shareholder John Samisoni said they had invested about $2.5 million in the factory equipment which was bought from Australia.

The company will also celebrate its 40th birthday with its staff, clients and business partners today at the Grand Pacific Hotel, Suva.
