CELEBRITY chef Robert Oliver was officially welcomed as the UNDP Pacific Office’s Advocate for Food, Sustainable Development and Wellbeing last Friday.
Mr Oliver said he was now working on a project on bridging the relationship between health and traditional foods.
“We have a health crisis in the region that we shouldn’t have because we have all the food culture and food ingredients to look after the Pacific people,” he said.
