Three men have each been charged with one count of murder for the alleged murder of a 56-year-old bus driver earlier this month.
The trio according to Police will be appearing at the Nausori Magistrates Court today after they were discharged by the High Court in Suva last week and taken back into Police custody following the death of the victim.
The three were initially charged with act with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Police say the case was reclassified as murder and the three have each been charged with one count of murder.
