SUGARCANE grower Raman Rajnesh Chand said people living in rural areas should not be treated differently from those in urban areas.

He made the comment amid claims of poor bus services in the Drasa-Johnson road sector about 7km from Lautoka City.

Mr Chand said his two children were suffering the same plight as others in the area because they were forced to travel in an early morning bus with those going to the Lautoka market and those travelling to work.
