Candidates promote FijiFirst leader candidate number

FIJIFIRST party candidates pleaded with members of the public to vote for candidate number 688 on polling day in their efforts to promote their leader Voreqe Bainimarama.

Supporters turned up in numbers despite the adverse weather conditions at the party’s family fun day at the Valelevu grounds in Nasinu last night.

Candidate, Faiyaz Koya said there was only man that could lead Fiji into a bright future that was Bainimarama.

He said that their efforts to make this nation could be achieved if people vote for 688.

“Please go on 14 November and vote for 688 because we will give you the success that you want, as you see around we haven’t failed you, the Prime Minister will see that everyone is well looked after,” Mr Koya said.

Former radio announcer and party candidate Veena Bhatnagar said no ever thought about providing free education for children it was the FijiFirst party that came up with the idea.

Bainimarama, she said was a man with a vision and stood by people during challenging times.

“He (Bainimarama) has provided us equality, security, give us everything we need, vote for 688,” Ms Bhatnagar said.

Candidate, Peceli Baleikorocau said FijiFirst party was firm in its policies and that the iTaukei land was well protected.

Candidate, Mereseini Vuniwaqa said she chose FijiFirst party because it cared for the vulnerable in our society.

“The Honourable Prime Minister one of the hallmarks to the Fijian people, he talks about not leaving anybody behind, the progress this nation has achieved, come November 14, chose 688 for the honourable prime minister,” she said.
