Best resort in Australia and South Pacific

THE recognition as one of the best resorts in Australia and South Pacific region is a testament to the passion and outstanding efforts of the Nanuku Auberge Resort Fiji’s team, says general manager Sascha Hemmann.

Mr Hemmann said: “Just as importantly this is also significant recognition of our well-detailed plans to augment the resort’s overall accommodation offering with the construction of our 13 new one and two-bedroom luxury beachfront Auberge Beach Villas.

“When these are completed and ready for our guests mid-next year.

“We are confident that the Auberge Beach Villas will play a key role in further cementing Nanuku Auberge Resort’s position and its overall product delivery in place at the very top of the Fiji luxury resort listings.

“We are immensely proud of this latest achievement,” said Mr Hemmann.

The resort situated in Deuba, recieved recognition as one of the best resorts in the Australia and South Pacific region in the Condé Nast Traveler 30th annual Readers’ Choice Awards.

Mr Hemmann said he and his staff members were honoured to receive the recognition from such a prestigious and internationally-recognised, luxury-oriented travel organisation.

A statement from the resort said more than 300,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers submitted millions of ratings and comments in the poll, voting on a record-breaking 7320 hotels and resorts, 610 cities, 225 islands, 468 cruise ships, 158 airlines, and 195 airports.
