BA and Lautoka hospitals will soon be engaged in a public-private partnership (PPP).

This is after Attorney General and Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed- Khaiyum signed a PPP partnership last night with Healthcare Fiji Pte Limited.

Mr Sayed- Khaiyum said this partnership would benefit ordinary Fijians enormously in respect to providing them tertiary medical care facilities.

“The Aspen Medical is responsible for the clinical outcomes at the Lautoka and Ba hospitals,” Mr Sayed- Khaiyum said.
