THE (SPSSA) hosted an awards night last Wednesday for its players and to thank sponsors, parents and supporters for their contribution towards the teams.
Association president Lawrence Lingam said SPSSA facilitated the development of grassroots soccer in Suva and after a break of two years because of COVID-19, the association was able to organise its competition this year, with the Suva under-14 team also represented at the Fiji Primary Schools IDC in Tavua.
“After bouncing back with these activities, it was only proper to host an awards night for our players and at the same time thank our sponsors, parents and supporters,” Lingam said.
“We are certain that this event gave us an opportunity to unfold the unravelled world of the most unforgettable and precious moments of 2022.”
