CUSTOMERS living in Nadi are urged to start storing water as upgrade works will result in a temporary water disruption today.
Water Authority of Fiji yesterday announced upgrade work would be carried out at an existing water main in Vunayasi, Nadi.
The disruption will be from 10am to 3pm.
“The impacted areas include Dratabu Village and surrounding areas, Malakua, Vunayasi, Koromakawa, Navo, Malolo, Transmitter Rd and low lying areas of Togomasi,” WAF said.
“Water carts will be servicing the affected areas until supply is restored.”
WAF expects supply to normalise by 4pm. Customers are urged to contact 3346777 or text through to 5777 should they have queries.
