The Australian under-18 school girls side is ready for their first ever outing against their Fijian counterparts in Suva this Friday.

In a historical occasion, two Australian teams – a girls and boys schools teams – have travelled to Fiji to take part in the Vuvale Challenge Shield.

The Australian teams will be visiting schools in Naitasiri today and handing out sports gears to help grow interest in the sport.

The matches will be played at Albert Park in Suva on Friday.
