Aussie Police team on fact finding mission

THE Australian Federal Police (AFP) Commissioner Andrew Colvin visited the Fiji Police Academy in Suva earlier today.

Earlier today, Commissioner Colvin held a meeting with Fiji’s Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho at Police Headquarters.

Commissioner Colvin said he and his team were here in the country on a fact finding mission.

“We are here to talk to our partners and see what more we can do to work together. Regional security is important Australia,” Commissioner Colvin said.

“We clearly have a number of common challengers like transitional crime is a challenge for everyone in this region.”
