THE arbitration court has requested both representatives from the Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) and the National Union of Workers(NUW) to hold a meeting next Wednesday.
Both parties were present before puisne judge Yohan Liyanage today after the court had ordered WAF to provide a list to the NUW of all its members who are permanent employees and those who are project workers or temporary employees in an earlier sitting on May 7.
WAF lawyer Gul Fatima informed the court that they had submitted the list of names of members to the union.
Ms Fatima said they were happy to meet with the union before the next WAF board meeting on Thursday next week.
NUW general secretary Felix Anthony confirmed receiving the list.
Both parties have agreed to meet next Wednesday at 2.30pm.
The case has been adjourned to July 9.
