SINCE its inception, 65 graduates from professional backgrounds ranging from sales and marketing, to human resources, housekeeping, reservations and finance had taken part in the 2019 Leadership Development Program (LDP).
This was highlighted by Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association (FHTA) chief executive officer, Fantasha Lockington.
Ms Lockington said the LDP program took place every year, as part of FHTA’s effort to provide upskilling opportunities for emerging leaders.
The program is now in its sixth year, with the first of two intensive modules held at the Novotel in Nadi earlier last week.
