The High Court in Lautoka has ordered a man to pay his uncle and three cousins $60,000 in damages for defaming them on Facebook.
Ashlesh Kumar claimed in a Facebook post in December 2019 that his uncle was his biological father.
Mr Kumar said he made this post after the Nadi Magistrates Court did not grant an order that his uncle take a DNA test.
