$25k boost for Movember campaign

THE Fiji Cancer Society (FCS) today received a cheque worth $25,000 from the Vinod Patel Group as part of their Movember campaign for prostate cancer awareness.

Home & Living General Manger Sanjeev Mudaliar said this was part of their corporate social responsibility.

Fiji Cancer Society’s program manager Josephine Ogagawa said the funds would help them purchase the equipment needed for the team at the Ministry of Health and Medical Services who carry out the tests for prostate cancer.

Chief Executive of Vinod Patel Veeral Patel said they would continue to support this initiative and plan to go bigger on the Movember campaign come 2019.
