2020 Tokyo Olympics: Dominant Fijiana thump Canada

The Fijiana side defeated Canada 26-12 in their second match at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Fijiana dominated the first spell running in three tries through Reapi Ulunisau, Ana Maria Naimasi and Viniana Riwai to lead 21-nil at halftime.

Ulunisau added a second and fourth for Fiji as they extended their lead to 26-nil.

The Canadians managed two late tries but it wasn’t enough as Fiji recorded their first win of the tournament.

Canada won Bronze at the last event in Rio in 2016 and are the second seed in this years competition.

Fijiana plays Brazil in their last pool match at 12pm tomorrow.
