2020 Fiji FACT: Players try to violate Anti-Doping tests

The Fiji Football Association will come down hard on players who violate the Anti-Doping Drug tests.

Fiji FA chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf said this after two payers, from a team in the senior division, tried to violate the rules at the Presidents Cup yesterday.

The two players, who are look a likes, changed jersey’s so that one could replace the other for the drug test.

Yusuf said his will be taken seriously and action will be taken against them.

“This is a clear violation of the Anti-Doping Policy and we will make assure appropriate action is taken. We will get all the affidavits in place before the disciplinary action is decided,” he said.
