JACKS of Fiji Nadi Football team will be celebrating its historic Vodafone Fiji FACT win tomorrow.
This was confirmed by Nadi Football Association president Javed Ahmed to Fiji FA Media.
“The players have given the results and now it is our time to thank and reward them for their hard work and sacrifices,” he said.
“We will have a float procession followed by the official program at the Nair Dais at 4pm,” he said.
Nadi defeated Suva 2-1 in a pulsating final at Churchill Park in Lautoka last week.
This goes in the history books of Nadi Football as it was their first ever tournament victory at Churchill Park.
Tomorrow’s Program:
2.30pm – Everyone assembles at the Town-end (temple side) with the respective clubs taking part.
3.00pm – Float procession starts through the main street to Nadi Town bridge end, following prince Charles park and finishing at Nair Dais.
4.00pm – Official program (with presentations) at Nair Dais.
