2019 Pacific Games: Fiji looking to dominate Badminton

FIJI will be looking at dominating the lawn bowls competition like they did in 2015 in Papua New Guinea.

The Fiji team collected four gold, two silver and two bronze medals across men’s and women’s events in 2015.

Meanwhile the lawn bowls at the Samoa 2019 XVI Pacific Games will feature a number of popular stars when competition begins at the Lawn Bowls Greens Faleata today July 8.

Eight nations which includes Cook Islands, Fiji, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tokelau and Tonga will contest eight medals across singles, pairs, triples and fours in both men’s and women’s.
