THE HOPE party does not intend to have any post-election coalition talks in the lead up to the 2018 General Elections.

Party leader Tupou Draunidalo said she did not like commenting on the issue because she respected her voters.

“The reason I don’t like commenting on that is because I’d like to respect the wishes of the voters and I think most of them in this period of four weeks are going to make up their mind, and I don’t want to say to them that we are going to coalition,” Ms Draunidalo said.

“Let them decide,” she added.

The party nominated its 28 candidates to contest the November 14 polls.

All candidates were approved following the verification process by the Fijian Elections Office.
