2018 General Elections: Commission to scrutinise objections and appeals

SEVEN objections and one appeal were received by the Electoral Commission during the objection and appeal period for the 2018 General Elections.

This was revealed by the commission’s chairperson, Suresh Chandra, following the closure of the objection and appeal period at 4pm today.

He said the commission would meet tomorrow to look into the objections and appeal.
