UNITY Fiji party says it will remove all licensing fees for small businesses if they form the government after the 2018 General Election. Party leader Savenaca Narube said this during a pocket meeting at Newtown, Nasinu last Thursday.
Mr Narube said it was small businesses that created the most employment for Fijians.
“The licensing fee for small businesses will be removed, this is to help these businesses grow,” he said.
“More Fijians would get jobs if this fee is removed, they’re just small businesses and they need to be able to pay their workers.”
Mr Narube said Fijians must carefully consider who they choose for during the elections.
