About 150,000 workers have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Fiji, says Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre (FWCC) co-ordinator Shamima Ali.

She said a number of initiatives had been set up by FWCC over the past few months to help those who had been laid off but more needed to be done.

“We have over 146,000 jobs that have been lost,” she said.
