Twelve men will appear in the Nausori Magistrates Court today, charged with various offenses for their involvement in a violent attack at a home in Nakelo, Tailevu on Monday.
Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro said the 12 men have been charged with various offenses including malicious act, assault causing actual bodily harm, damaging property and criminal trespass.
The incident, which was captured on video, saw a group of men enter a house at Ram Singh Supermarket.
Cost of damages to the door is estimated at over $1500.
Three people were treated at hospital and later discharged following the incident.
