IT has been a long rugby journey for Maleli Mudu. He will be the first player in the West Coast Rugby Union to earn 100 caps for the provincial team.
The West Coast RU in its Facebook page wrote, the union is the only province in New Zealand not to have a centurion and this will be a historic achievement in its history.

He made his debut, as a reserved player against Horowhenua Kapiti on 11 September 2004, representing Blaketown for his first 32 caps, with the remainder while playing for Marist.
