WWF launches annual report on living planet

Update: 1:35PM THE World Fund for Nature (WWF International) yesterday officially launched their annual Living Planet Report 2014.

This year’s
report, which highlights some very bleak outlooks for the planet unless more
action is taken on national and global levels, measures population of mammals,
birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish species.

“By taking
more from our ecosystems and natural processes than can be replenished, we are
jeopardising our future,” says WWF International director general Marco
Lambertini.
