WHEN various faith-based organisations work side by side with Government in a shared vision to better our nation, we all stand to benefit, says Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama.

He stressed this last night while officiating at the religious ceremony at the Mahadevi temple at Vuci Road in Nausori.

“Working side by side is the best path to achieving harmony and progress,” Mr Bainimarama said.

Meanwhile, a question on whether the Nausori Aiport would be extended was raised to Mr Bainimarama by a resident of Vuci Road.

The PM responded that talks on the airport extension would take place soon.

He said last week, a deal had been set between the iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) and Airports Fiji Limited (AFL).
