Triple N Zone: Three records broken

Update: 11:05AM THREE records have been broken early into the Triple N Zone competition today.
Lydia Stevens of Lelean Memorial School (LMS) broke the junior girls high jump record with a height of 1.40 metres.
The second record was broken in the intermediate girls long jump event by Senimili Vakamino of Adi Cakobau School.
Senimili jumped a length of 4.8m smashing into the previously set 4.71m that was recorded at the zone meet.
The third record was recorded by Lelean’s Maximus Lestron who threw a distance of 51.35m in the junior boys discus event.
The 100m junior boys heats event is now underway at the ANZ National Stadium.
