* Prem Singh to ask the Minister for Industry, Trade, Tourism, Lands and Mineral Resources — Would the minister inform Parliament when will the Navakai squatter settlement subdivision and resettlement of squatter residents commence.

* Dr Brij Lal to ask the Minister for Agriculture, Rural and Maritime Development and National Disaster Management and Meteorological Service — Can the minister update the House on the outcome of the International Symposium on Tropical Fruits held at the Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi in October 2017.

* Ro Teimumu Kepa to ask the Attorney-General and Minister for Economy, Public Enterprises, Civil Service and Communications — Would the minister briefly explain why local citizens should be paying the Service Turnover Tax of 6 per cent and the Environment and Climate Adaptation Levy of 10 per cent.

* Alivereti Nabulivou to ask the Minister for Fisheries — Can the minister give a brief overview of Fiji’s strategies and initiative and the many challenges it faces in maintaining a sustainable fisheries sector.

* Ratu Suliano Matanitobua to ask the Minister for Youth and Sports — Can the minister inform the House what nature of assistance is Government providing for Team Fiji to prepare for the Commonwealth Games in Australia this year.

* Alvick Maharaj to ask the Minister for Agriculture, Rural and Maritime Development and National Disaster Management and Meteorological Service — Agricultural research is vital to our agricultural development. Can the minister inform the House how many new crop varieties have been released by the ministry’s research division and will it benefit farmers.

* Salote Radrodro to ask the Attorney-General and Minister for Economy, Public Enterprises, Civil Service and Communications — Can the minister inform the House on the result of the investigation into the capsizing of the container ship still in the Suva harbour.
