POLICE officers who have been terminated and would want to join the Fiji Police Force again can’t especially if they are at fault.

This was highlighted by the Acting Deputy Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu today (June 4) during the drivers/riders refresher course conducted at the Fiji Police Academy.

And with four officers having terminated this year offence of over speeding and unauthorized use of police vehicles, Mr Tudravu the decision of the Commissioner of Police stands strong for all police officers.

“This refresher course is being done to re-look at the polices and the directives that are in place right now because if whatever happens the Commissioner has put his foot down that any vehicles involved in an accident and it’s the fault of police drivers they will be terminated,” he said.
