AN Australian national who was allegedly found with a large amount of cocaine on board a yacht at the Denarau Marina is still admitted at the Lautoka Hospital.
The male suspect was caught with two other Australian nationals last week by police and other border security officials during a drug raid on a yacht at Port Denarau.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the man was still recovering from injuries he sustained prior to the arrest.
“Once he recovers then we will be able to question him,” she said.
About 13 bars of cocaine with an estimated value of close to $31million were found on board the yacht.
