THE third victim of the motor vehicle accident that occurred on September 16, 2018 – a man in his 30’s – remains admitted at the CWM hospital’s Acute Surgical Ward and in a stable condition.
The second victim – a 35-year-old woman who was in a critical condition had passed away on September 21.
The three, including the 26-year-old deceased who died on the same day, were walking along Kanace Rd in Valelevu when the alleged accident occurred.
A Viliame Raibulu Ratoto has been charged in relation to the alleged accident and hiw matter is now before the High Court in Suva.
