GALLAGHER Chiefs lead the Pulse Energy Highlanders 42-0 at half time at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
The Chiefs crossed the Highlanders try line within two minutes of the game through fullback Solomon Alaimalo.
Centre Antony Lienert-Brown followed with the Chiefs second try in the ninth minute.
A minute later loose head prop Karl Tu’inukuafe scored again as the Highlanders failed to stop the rampaging Chiefs.
The other tries came from Sean Wainuu, Tony Pulu and Luke Jacobson.
Damian McKenzie was in top form converting all the tries.
He was a crowd favourite earning loud cheers whenever he got his hands on the ball or when he smiled before kicking conversions.
