Student designers in action

STUDENT designers around Fiji showcased their collections at the Fiji Fashion Week (FJFW) Student Designer Show held at the FMF Gymnasium in Suva last Friday and Saturday.
Schools that came from as far as the Lau Group were fortunate to have a feel of the fashion show’s new seven-lane runway that was introduced this year.
The talented students used the various resources around them and turned them into fine-looking garments that attracted the attention of the audience that morning.
Meanwhile, FJFW managing director Ellen Whippy-Knight said the students’ collections were on point which was amazing to watch.
She said she would placing more focus on students next year.
