ENUMERATORS in the Western Division were hampered in their work because some homes, particularly those with high gates, were inaccessible.
Bureau of the Statistics (West) coordinator Samuela Ratavola said the only hiccup reported was that some of his enumerators had problems contacting residents who lived behind high gates.
"The feedback we have from our enumerators in the field is that things are going all right but only some of them faced the gate problem," he said.
"What we have decided is that enumerators get the phone contacts of those home owners and while they are down at their gate, get the information filled."
Mr Ratavola said all in all his enumerators understood they had to get all information from their areas in eight days.
