Ratokabula guilty of unlawful cultivation of illicit drugs

Update: 5:19PM THE High Court in Suva today found 26-year-old Alivereti Ratokabula guilty of one count of unlawful cultivation of illicit drugs.

It is alleged that on September 26 back in 2016, a total of 170 marijuana plants were uprooted from Ratokabula's farm in Naqara Village, Kadavu.

Justice Temo concurred with the unanimous guilty opinion of the three assessors.

He will deliver his sentence tomorrow.
