It was really exciting to witness the quality of game portrayed by the number one team of mine at USA sevens.

I believe it's not always about winning but it's also about how we perform. We all know Fiji is a multiracial country but it never stops us from working and cheering together, be it celebration for every 7s Fiji played.

I believe it's of no loss to support the Fiji team. They really are the inspiration for all the players out there. I really appreciate their hard work for the game played.

Although they were not able to get their hands on the cup but let me congratulate them. They made me proud since they were not selfish at all which is needed for a good sportsman.

The player of the tournament from my perspective was Jerry Tuwai. Witnessing his game was worthy; it was also evident that his fitness level was very high. From the numerous players at the tournament, he caught my attention the most. In this year, I wait with bated breath for Fiji to win the series title. Sport is not always about winning, it is also important that we enjoy the moment.

Sports such as 7s will help the difference in race to vanish and since our Fiji is multiracial, it will surely help to maintain peace and friendship between all the people of Fiji.

I am proud to be a Fijian fan.
