FIJIANS around the country celebrated Holi in different ways last week. The Damodar City Complex at Laucala Bay in Suva was also a hive of activity last Saturday as hundreds of people of all races gathered to celebrate the festival.

Dubbed the festival of colours, Holi signifies the arrival of spring and end of winter and for many,

it is a day to meet families and friends, play and laugh, forget and forgive and repair ruptured relationships. People also came out in large numbers to celebrate the occasion at the My Suva Picnic Park on Sunday.
