All about the news

AS we are in the 21st century, I believe the method of reporting the news should be more professional especially when the whole country was awaiting the fate of the fight personnel.

I believe a press conference should have been held every five to six hours and all reports should have clearly described and nearby villagers interviewed and more information on the location would have been ideal.

As social media was spreading its own story on the situation, there were political agendas by political parties.

I just did not know who to turn to.

This is where everyone will await the press conference and reporters to have more knowledge of what's happening on the ground.

Hopefully the citizens of Fiji will be advised accordingly in the future if a similar scenario happens.
