* 8am: Government team/police/military briefing;

* 9am: Families of Merelesita Lutu and Iliesa Tawalo arrive in Labasa;

* 10am: Retrieval process of bodies begins;

* 4pm: Bodies of the two victims finally retrieved and transported to Labasa Hospital;

* 4.40pm: Journalists removed from the Labasa Hospital mortuary premises;

* 5:15pm: Bodies of the two victims arrive with rescue teams;

* 6pm: Media interview with NZ's independent air investigator Andrew McGregor; and,

* 7pm: Families of the deceased arrive at the Labasa Hospital mortuary to identify bodies.
