Achievement in life

A week ago I was with a group of people who were asking one another about their biggest achievement in life.

While I remained listening, one of them came up with a very brief answer. He went along and said:-

The biggest achievement for any person in life is to completely understand himself or herself. By understanding themselves, it will enable them the ability and patience to make the best choice for themselves, to work on their negatives, to absorb their surroundings, and eventually understand everything around them.

There would be very little to stop a person from achieving what he or she wants to do and always be happy.

A person's understanding will make him or her realise who they are, what they are, how they are and where they are. The person will always understand everything around him or herself.

Understanding is the key to life. For any person, finding that key is the biggest achievement in his or her life.

Sounds simple but very true.
