YOUNG players have a bright football future, says Suva Football Association women's coach Lewamanu Moce.

She made the comment ahead of their clash against Rewa in the 2018 Vodafone U18 Girls League at Fiji Football Association Academy ground in Vatuwaqa, Suva, tomorrow.

"We have a very young team in the competition," she said.

"The team is working hard in terms of improving skills and fitness. The players are responding well to the training.

"Most of our players are secondary school students."

She said they would not underestimate Rewa tomorrow.

"Rewa is a good team and we will give our best," she said.

"It is important for us to prepare the players for the future because most of them would be representing the Fiji football women's team. It is important that we guide and coach them well from an early age."

The match will kick off at 9am.
