Update: 1:07PM THE quick and brave actions of the members of the First Light Taveuni 7s rugby team yesterday morning led to the arrest of two men who are alleged to have robbed a taxi driver.

Divisional Police Commander West SSP Abdul Khan and senior officers visited the team at their camp and conveyed the organisation's gratitude for their actions.

"It's always great from the policing perspective to receive any form of assistance that will lead to the quick arrest of suspects of crime and the actions of the First Light Taveuni 7s rugby team has enabled that," SSP Khan said.

The alleged robbery occurred at Wailoaloa Beach in Nadi.
